The airport features commercial and general aviation facilities, charter facility, helicopter services, aircraft maintenance services, paid general parking and a 24-hour security car park.
There is also an ATM machine, business lounge and a café in the passenger terminal.

There are now two paid car parking options at the airport.
There is a security car park which has secure undercover parking for up to 120 cars.

General aviation
An Aviation Education Facility has been established in Coffs Harbour and is enjoying steady growth.
Students from Korea, New Guinea and Australia are being trained to commercial level now.
Council is working with local operators to expand this facility and the goal is to have around 60 students training at the airport at any one time.
Council recently reviewed the Airport Masterplan & Land-Use Plan, and is currently (2007) working towards a Development Plan for vacant land in the General Aviation area
